From a 3-year-old's first touch to senior football in Pro-Am League 1, every Villain follows a single, intentional development plan — designed and led by UEFA Pro Munib Koric.

    U3–U6 · 3–4 years

    Discovery

    Indoor and outdoor programs for our youngest Villains. 25-minute skill blocks paired with 30-minute small-sided games. Non-parent leads at the field.

    U7–U8 · 2 years

    Fundamental

    Non-parent leads run weekly training. CMSA outdoor + indoor pathways available. Most players move into Development from here.

    U9–U12 · 4 years

    Transition

    Two streams: Development (Rec) and Development Plus (Comp). C-license minimum coaching; many youth- and children-licensed. Skill-centre sessions opt-in for U11+.

    Progression

    Development Plus includes sports science, video analysis, and sports psych for older age groups. Pathway split into Recreational and Comp tiers, with APDL selected by assessment.

    APDL High Performance

    Year-long license program with 45 practices, 80 academy sessions, full sports science, all-league video analysis, in-game physio, and bussing for out-of-town games. Led by UEFA Pro Munib Koric.

    Pro-Am League 1

    Highest adult level in the province. Villains Apex Boys & Girls launched 2025-26. Year-long program with CUSA / CWSA league play plus League 1 outdoor roster.
